Part-Time Cleaner or Cleaning/Maid Service Needed We're seeking a reliable and detail-oriented cleaner or cleaning service to maintain the cleanliness and organization of our apartment's common areas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for: - Cleaning common areas, including: - Vacuuming carpeted hallways (residential area between 10am-6pm) - Cleaning 5 restrooms (1 on the 2nd floor, 4 on the 1st floor) - Stocking restrooms with essentials (toilet paper, seat covers, soap, and paper towels) - Taking out trash, wiping down sinks, and mopping floors - Cleaning the laundry room and taking out trash - Special projects (window cleaning, banister cleaning, picture frame dusting, wall and door cleaning) Schedule: - Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (morning or afternoon shifts) - Tuesday and Thursday (restroom cleaning only) Requirements: - Ability to follow our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) - Reliable transportation (if needed) - Trustworthy and discreet Ideal Candidate: - Detail-oriented and thorough, with a focus on quality - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Friendly and courteous, with a positive attitude If Interested: Please with (cut and paste please): 1.
