Night Auditor

Night Auditor Holiday Inn Express and Suites 12140 East 45th Avenue, Denver, CO 80239 We are seeking a dedicated Night Auditor to join our team at a hospitality establishment. The Night Auditor will be responsible for overseeing the nightly operations of the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest service and accurate financial reporting. Conduct the nightly audit process, reviewing all financial transactions - Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during the night shift - Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area - Assist with security functions during the night hours - Prepare daily reports for management Previous experience in a hotel or resort setting is preferred - Strong guest relations and customer service skills - Knowledge of hospitality management practices - Proficiency in phone etiquette and communication skills - Familiarity with front desk operations and hotel management software - Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic hospitality environment, providing valuable experience in hotel operations and guest services.
