The Golden Lotus specializes in Asian cuisine with an all-you-can-eat buffet and a-la-carte menu. If you would like to be on a team of Great People delivering great service, we may have just the opportunity for you!

The job involves:

• Preparing and serving guests beverages in accordance to established standards in a timely manner

• Providing remarkable service, by recognizing and anticipating guests needs

• Working with a beer and liquor inventory management system

• Product knowledge, including prices

• Maintaining a clean, organized and well stocked bar

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time

• Working as one team under stressful conditions during high volume business levels

• Thorough knowledge of all activities and promotions occurring at our casino properties

• Flexibility to support a 24/7 operation

The ideal candidate has:

• Minimum 1 year bartending experience

• Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin (written and verbal); English (conversational)

• Bartending certificate from a specialized institution or equivalent experience

• Smart Serve certificate

• Excellent guest service skills

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
