Bundler**
**Job Description**
Join our team as a Bundler, where you will collaborate closely with welders and machine operators to ensure seamless operations. You will be responsible for reading and interpreting blueprints, adjusting machine settings, inspecting welds, and performing daily maintenance. This role requires strong math skills and attention to detail.
**Responsibilities**
+ Read and interpret blueprints and sketches to prepare materials accordingly.
+ Adjust weld parameters and machine settings to meet specifications.
+ Inspect welds for non-conformances, missing welds, and perform necessary repairs or rework.
+ Perform daily machine maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
+ Inspect pipes for quality issues and verify correct end preparation.
+ Offload pipes daily and transport them to designated locations.
+ Conduct Quality Control procedures, such as dye penetrant testing and inspection of grooves.
+ Handle discrepancies within range of knowledge and training, and alert Quality Control Supervisor when necessary.
+ Perform assembly actions related to couplings and fittings, ensuring alignment with prints and sketches.
+ Review job information sheets and technical instructions to process jobs accurately.
+ Operate pneumatic tensioner and crimper when applicable.
+ Input information into computer systems for accurate job performance.
+ Utilize strong math skills frequently in various tasks.
**Essential Skills**
+ High school diploma or GED.
+ 2+ years of welding experience with skill levels to obtain a 2G.
+ Basic computer skills.
+ Ability to think strategically and produce accurate results.
+ Building positive working relationships with employees and management.
+ Demonstrating integrity, professionalism, and commitment to company values.
+ Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
+ Ability to perform basic business mathematical functions.
+ Ability to work with minimal supervision and effectively in a team environment.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ 2+ years of experience reading and interpreting blueprints and drawings is a plus.

The role requires constant standing, walking, hearing, and using hands to grasp objects. You may frequently talk, pull/push, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach. Occasionally, climbing and balancing may be required. Vision abilities needed include close, distance, peripheral, depth perception, and color vision. The physical strength rating is medium, requiring exertion of 20-50 pounds occasionally and 10-25 pounds frequently. The environment may include extreme temperatures, fumes, odors, and loud noises. Protection for arms, eyes, feet, and legs is constantly required, along with potential hearing, skin, and respiratory protection. Operation of hand/power tools and shop machinery is necessary, along with understanding shop math and simple drawings.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
