We're seeking enthusiastic, guest-focused Part-Time Wait Staff to deliver exceptional service in our beachfront dining areas. As a key member of our food & beverage team, you'll create memorable experiences for resort guests by providing prompt, attentive, and friendly service in a fun, seasonal environment.

### **Key Responsibilities:** {#key-responsibilities data-start="517" end="548"}

- Greet and seat guests in a warm, welcoming manner

- Present menus, answer questions, and offer recommendations (food, beverages, daily specials)

- Take and accurately enter food and drink orders into the POS system

- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring quality and correct presentation

- Monitor guest satisfaction, check back regularly, and make adjustments as needed

- Prepare and serve non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages in compliance with resort policies

- Handle guest requests, special dietary needs, and menu modifications courteously

- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow

- Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, stations, and service carts

- Process guest checks and handle payments accurately (cash, credit, room charge)

- Assist with opening and closing duties, including side-work (rolling silverware, stocking condiments, polishing glassware)

- Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards

### **Qualifications & Skills:** {#qualifications-skills data-start="1635" end="1669"}

Prior restaurant or resort wait-staff experience preferred but not required

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and strong customer-service orientation

Ability to work swiftly and handle multiple tables simultaneously

Basic math skills for handling payments and making change

Comfortable using a POS system (training provided)

Must be at least 18 years old to serve alcohol
