No education or prior work experience is required. Must have the ability to stand on feet for many hours. Employer will offer at least 40 hours of work per week, Sunday through Saturday, between the hours of 10:30 AM and 9:30 PM, with varying shifts and varying days off. Employees must be willing to work nights, weekends and/or holidays as necessary. Workers are needed to begin work on 10/1/2025 through 6/30/2026.Work will be performed in Columbia, Kentucky.Workers will be paid no less than $24.83 per hour. Overtime hours may vary, depending on weather or other conditions, and will be paid no less than $37.25 per hour. The employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due.Workers will be paid biweekly, every other Friday by check.The employer will make all deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law.If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.
