Hotel Vance speaks to our intersection of inspiration and ideation; creativity and ambition. Short for Advance, Hotel Vance invites innovation and stimulates productivity. Here business prowess, collegiate determination, and creative expression all find home. Located inside of Portlands Broadway Tower building, the 180-room lifestyle hotel features 4,000 sq. feet of flexible innovative meeting space, a game room, fitness center, and a soon to be opened destination restaurant. We are looking for an enthusiastic, service focused and team oriented individual to serve our guests.

Here is what you will be doing each day:

As our Night Auditor, you are the glue that holds together the days events. You will post, balance, and run reports that finalize our daily financial systems. You will reset our day and the systems for the next days operations. You will welcome and register guests, provide excellent hospitality, build lasting relationships and close out guest accounts upon completion of their stay.

Does this sound like you?

This role requires individuals who love the small details, numbers and transactions that make up the larger picture. The pride you have in your organizational methods and accuracy will be a great benefit in this role. We do require that you can be available to work the overnight shift, which begins at 11pm.

At Crescent Hotels & Resorts we strive to create a great place to work where associates at all levels of our organization are respected for their differences, just like the guests and owners we serve. Thats why we are dedicated to creating an environment that facilitates open and honest conversations about race, equity, diversity, and inclusion. By examining our own beliefs and behaviors, we can create change through training, recruiting, and promoting diverse talent to strengthen our culture.
