Position Summary: We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Porter/Dishwasher to join our kitchen team. In this role, you will help keep our kitchen clean, organized, and running smoothly to ensure a safe and sanitary environment for food preparation.

Responsibilities:

• Wash dishes, pots, pans, and utensils promptly and thoroughly

• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and work areas

• Remove trash and recycling, and keep garbage areas clean and organized

• Sweep and mop kitchen floors, walk-ins, and storage areas

• Assist with receiving and organizing deliveries

• Support chefs and kitchen staff with basic tasks as needed

• Follow all health and safety regulations

Requirements:

• Open availability, including weekends and holidays

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items when needed

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

• Team player with a positive attitude

• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required

Position Type: Full-Time
