Job Details Stephen Starr is set to unveil Borromini, his highly anticipated trattoria in the heart of Rittenhouse Square in late summer 2025. Housed in the historic 13,000-square-foot Alison Building at 1805 Walnut Street, Borromini promises to be a landmark dining destination, featuring a menu crafted by acclaimed New York chef Mark Ladner and Executive Chef Julian Baker. With a design that mirrors the energy of Parc, Borromini will offer an immersive Italian dining experience across two floors, complemented by an expansive sidewalk cafe.Borromini is currently seeking an industry-savvy Wine Manager to join our dynamic management team. The Wine Manager will support all management disciplines including, but not limited to the wine, spirit and cocktail program.

Desired Qualifications:
- Restaurant FOH Managerial experience
- Must have exceptional skills in guest services as well as staff leadership
- High functioning multitasking ability and organizational skills
- Must have an exceptional knowledge of Italian wine
- High level of expertise in all facets of wine knowledge and wine service
- Operational skills in Excel, Word, & CTUIT, as well as accounting and cost-management
- High functioning command of the English language, as well as basic knowledge of relevant languages in the field of wine
