Key Responsibilities :

• Sustainability: We prioritize eco-friendly solutions.
  • Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to maintain a clean and eco-friendly environment.
  • Dust and wipe down surfaces, including desks, tables, countertops, and fixtures, ensuring a healthy workspace.
  • Clean and disinfect restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and floors, to promote hygiene.
  • Empty trash and recycling bins, replace liners, and support waste reduction through proper recycling practices.
  • Practice our Cross-contamination methods to ensure our clients and colleagues remain healthy
  • Sanitize common areas, such as hallways, staircases, and elevators, fostering a safe and sustainable community.

• Minimum of one (1) year experience as Janitor, preferred.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• This role involves physical activity necessary to effectively perform essential job functions, with reasonable accommodations available for individuals with disabilities.
• Responsibilities include frequent walking and use of hands for detailed tasks such as handling or operating equipment. This includes the need to perform tasks with repetitive motion.
• Occasional standing and sitting may be required to complete certain duties.
• Must be capable of lifting up to 25 pounds as needed to support job responsibilities.
