    Qualifications:
    • High school diploma or GED
    • Previous experience as a custodian or in housekeeping or maintenance preferred
    Performance Responsibilities:
    • Repetitive daily heavy lifting of up to 50 lbs. at heights of 3-4 feet
    • Climb a ladder up to 15 feet.
    • Perform minor maintenance repairs and troubleshooting of equipment problems.
    • Perform custodial duties as assigned including but not limited to: scrubbing, dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, trash collection, etc...
    • Move furniture and support special events as assigned.
    • Work as part of a custodial team.
    • Communicate daily in a professional manner.
    • Respond to district-wide custodial duties as required by Supervisor of Buildings and Grounds (ie: snow removal).
    Terms of Employment: Twelve-month (12) employee. Daily Schedule: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM

    Salary and Benefits: Salary range and benefits are commensurate with qualifications and experience in accordance with Board of Education Policy.

    Evaluation: Performance will be evaluated annually in accordance with the Boards policy on evaluation of personnel.
