Parking Enforcement /Valet Attendant Kaiser, South San Francisco/Daly City
The Spirit of the Position:
LAZ Parking Inc. is looking for a qualified individual to patrol assigned areas on foot to enforce parking regulations/restrictions as a Parking Enforcement /Valet Attendant .
Parking Enforcement /Valet Attendant plays a significant role in the success of the company. They are the first people our clients and visitors see upon arrival. Ensuring a seamless parking experience providing exceptional customer service.
In this role, you will:
- Issues written and computer-generated parking citations while patrolling the location primarily on foot.
- Communicate with the visitors to explain parking regulations.
- Assist in the temporary tow-sign process. Will include posting signs on trees, signposts, and other types of posts.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers, visitors, members, clients upon arrival to ensure a positive first impression.
- Manage vehicle parking efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
- Provide information about facilities and parking, assist visitors with inquiries.
- Monitor parking areas for compliance with regulations and policies.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parking facility.
- Handle visitors complaints or issues professionally and promptly.

Requirements:
- Must be able to drive automatic, standard transmission, & plug-in hybrid electric vehicles
- Valet/Stack Parking/Parking attendant experience is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or hospitality roles.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with visitors.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent visitor services.
- Must be computer literate to enter data accuratelyinto handheld device.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Valid CA Driver's License required
- Must be able to report to work on time for assigned shifts.
- Good sense of direction.
- Candidates must be able to walk for long periods of time in a variety of weather conditions and be able to enter and exit out of a vehicle frequently.
Physical Demands:
- Willingness to work in the elements -- heat, wind, snow, rain, etc.
- Ability to lift, push and pull at least 20 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk and run for extended periods of time.
- Ability to bend, stoop, squat and lift frequently throughout a shift.
