Summary:
Birchwood Landings is in need of a professional housekeeper to preserve and maintain a clean and attractive appearance of our 184-unit residential apartment community by carrying out cleaning and light maintenance duties. The goal is to keep our property in a clean and orderly condition.
Responsibilities:
+ Clean, stock, and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc.)
+ Carry out cleaning tasks and special projects
+ Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
+ Make adjustments and minor repairs
+ Cooperate with the rest of the staff
+ Follow all health and safety regulations
Skills:
+ Proven working experience as a cleaner
+ Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
