Baker/Assistant Baker

Florabella Bread is continuing to grow, and searching for a full time, or part time, baker, or baking assistant. We specialize in sourdough breads, using organic Montana grains, and look forward to training the right candidate. The best candidate will be able to work independently, takes passion in their product, and enjoys the art of fermentation. Daily schedule is generally 6am-2pm, with both part time and full time positions available.

Assistant Baker
-assist lead baker with mixing, shaping and baking when necessary
-package orders
-accurately invoice customers
-deliver daily orders to Missoula area stores and restaurants (current drivers license and clean driving record required)

Baker
-lead daily mixing and shaping
-lead sourdough maintenance
-lead daily bake
-package when required
-deliver order when required

Pay is between $18 to $22 per hour, based on experience and position desired. Schedule can be flexible too, and consistent. Drop a resume to this relay if you have any inserts or questions.
