Food Service Attendant variable shift and full-time available at Providence Portland Medical Center

Lyra Caregiver Assistance program- Up to 25 counseling or coaching sessions per eligible member per year

All Food Service staff must provide a high level of customer service for patients, family members, volunteers, physicians and staff. The Service Excellence Standards of Behavior guidelines must be adhered to at all times.

Required Qualifications:

  • National Food Handler Card - State County City Authority upon hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1 year experience in retail dining or patient dining with emphasis on customer service and food handling.
  • 1 year computer experience, patient interaction, and food service experience.
  • Experience in health care facility or large food service operation.
  • 1 year experience in or Dietary kitchen using 'therapeutic diets'.
  • 1 year cashiering experience.
  • 1 year Barista experience.
