We're looking for motivated Janitorial Cleaners to join our team in Orange Texas
Responsibilities: trash take out, kitchens, restrooms

Perform daily medical building cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping.

Qualifications:
Ability to work Monday-Friday
Part-time around 6 pm-10 pm

Maintenance Engineer/ Porter - Full Time Monday- Friday

Position Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and versatile individual to serve as a Maintenance Engineer / Janitorial Porter. This hybrid role combines basic engineering duties, such as mechanical and facilities upkeep, with janitorial responsibilities to ensure the building operates efficiently, safely, and remains clean and presentable. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, be hands-on with equipment and systems, and take pride in maintaining a clean environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Engineering Duties (Maintenance & Repair):
Perform routine inspections of building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical.

Conduct preventative maintenance and basic repairs on equipment and fixtures.

Troubleshoot and respond to facility-related issues (e.g., leaks, lighting, temperature control).

Monitor and maintain boilers, pumps, motors, and control systems.

Assist in coordination with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs.

Maintain logs and documentation for equipment maintenance and inspections.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.

Porter/Janitorial Duties:
Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, lobbies, and other common areas.

Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors.

Empty trash and recycling bins regularly.

Restock supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and paper towels.

Maintain cleanliness of exterior building areas (e.g., walkways, parking lots).

Respond to cleaning requests and minor spills in a timely manner.

Set up and break down rooms for meetings or events as needed.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or trade school preferred.

2+ years of experience in general maintenance or engineering support.

Experience with janitorial/cleaning services in a commercial or residential building.

Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.

Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.

Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as climbing ladders or bending.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Work Schedule:
Full-time

Work Environment:
Work is performed indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.

Must be able to work around cleaning chemicals and mechanical equipment safely.
