Off-Site Linen Distribution Technician (3rd Shift)
Location: Northside Forsyth Hospital
Schedule: Full-time, Overnight Shift (9:00 PM 5:30 AM)
Rotating Weekends | Pay Rate: $17.25/hour | Weekly Pay

Position OverviewWe are currently seeking a Linen Distribution Technician for our off-site operations at Northside Forsyth Hospital . If youre a motivated individual with strong communication skills and a drive for excellence, wed love to hear from you.
Key ResponsibilitiesTransport clean linen in covered carts to designated hospital areas.
Collect soiled linen and return it in covered carts to designated collection zones.
Verify and track linen inventory as needed.
Assist in resolving customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Report linen quality issues to your supervisor.
Maintain strong relationships with hospital staff through excellent service and communication.
Follow infection control and safety procedures at all times.
Perform general clerical duties (typing, phone handling, etc.) as needed.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Operate linen equipment and assist with other department functions as necessary.
Comply with Joint Commission Standards and institutional policies.
High School Diploma or GED required.
12 years of experience in healthcare, manufacturing, or a similar setting.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Team player with a positive, solution-oriented attitude.
Comfortable in fast-paced, physically demanding environments.
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and push/pull carts weighing up to 250 lbs.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and reach throughout the shift.
Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems.
Open to working evenings, weekends, holidays, and night shifts.
Regularly required to stand, walk, push/pull carts, bend, reach, and lift items up to 50 lbs.
Must be physically capable of handling carts weighing up to 250 lbs throughout an entire shift.
