Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Pastry Sous Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will assist the Chef in overseeing the pastry department, ensuring the highest standards of quality, presentation, and consistency in all baked goods and desserts.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Executive Chef in managing daily pastry operations.

Prepare and execute a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods.

Ensure all products meet quality standards and are consistent with the establishments standards.

Assist in menu development and innovation.

Supervise and train pastry staff, fostering a positive team environment.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry kitchen in compliance with health and safety regulations.

Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies.

Support the team in special events, banquets, and seasonal offerings.

Compensation Details

Compensation: Salary ($60,000.00 - $65,000.00)
