Dishwasher Crazy Pizza East Hampton

Crazy Pizza East Hampton is seeking a dependable, energetic, and team-oriented Dishwasher to join our dynamic back-of-house team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, high-energy environment known for world-class hospitality and Italian flair.

Key Responsibilities:
Wash and sanitize all dishes, cookware, and kitchen equipment promptly and thoroughly
Maintain cleanliness and organization of all prep, service, and storage areas
Support kitchen operations by keeping stations clean and stocked throughout service
Perform deep cleaning duties on a weekly basis (equipment, refrigeration, surfaces, etc.)
Follow daily opening and closing procedures with precision
Uphold health department regulations and sanitation standards at all times
Support the Kitchen Manager or Chef with additional back-of-house tasks

Requirements:
Positive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility
12 years experience in a high-volume or fast-paced kitchen environment preferred
Familiarity with operating commercial dishwashing equipment
Physically able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs
Must be flexible and reliable
