Ocean Peace Inc. is hiring a skilled and motivated Housekeeper to join our crew aboard a working commercial vessel operating in the Bering Sea and Gulf of Alaska. This is an exciting opportunity to earn great income, travel remote waters, and be part of a close-knit, professional crew.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Earn $6,000+ per month (based on crew share of the catch)

FREE room and board while aboard the vessel

All meals provided

Travel to and from the vessel covered by the company

75 days on / 75 days off rotation ideal for a balanced lifestyle

Work with a professional, safety-focused team

Note: Pay is based on crew sharea percentage of the catchand calculated from the actual sales price of the product produced on your trip(s). While we cannot guarantee specific earnings per trip, many crew members earn $6,000 or more per month.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform daily housekeeping duties for a crew of 50+, including cleaning, sanitizing, and organizing common and private areas

Handle laundry and linen services

Assist in the galley as needed

Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in accordance with maritime health and safety protocols

Work 12-hour shifts, 7 days a week during the contract period

QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous housekeeping experience required (vessel, hotel, or hospitality industry)

Ability to work and live at sea for 75-day contracts

Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Comfortable with physical labor and long work hours

PHYSICAL & SAFETY REQUIREMENTS:
Understand and communicate in English for safety purposes

Board/exist the vessel via gangplank or Jacobs ladder unassisted

Board/exist skiffs in all weather conditions

Climb steep stairways and ladders

Work at least 12 hours per day, every day during contract period

Lift up to 55 lbs repeatedly over long periods

Wear safety equipment including life vests and survival suits

Live and work in tight quarters with other crew members

Must be able to pass pre-employment and random DOT drug tests as required by USCG regulations
