Job Duties : \n
\n
- Provide exceptional guest service to all hotel guests \n
- Greet and check guests into and out of the hotel \n
- Handle all guest requests and\/or concerns in a professional and courteous manner \n
- Manage guest accounts by posting charges and handling cash and credit card transactions with accuracy \n
- Run all necessary night audit reports \n
- Courteously answers inquiries and accepts reservations, in person, through email and telephone calls, and helps guests with directions and area activities \n
- Maintains a friendly, cheerful, and courteous demeanor at all times \n
- Must be flexible in schedule: Positions could be mornings or nights, including Weekends and Holidays \n \n

Job Requirements: \n
\n
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office \n
- Able to type 40+ wpm \n
- Able to learn new web applications \n
- Be outgoing and friendly \n
- Prior customer service experience is preferred \n
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time \n
- Able to live up to 20 lbs \n
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays \n \n
