Job Duties : \n

\n

  • Provide exceptional guest service to all hotel guests \n
  • Greet and check guests into and out of the hotel \n
  • Handle all guest requests and\/or concerns in a professional and courteous manner \n
  • Manage guest accounts by posting charges and handling cash and credit card transactions with accuracy \n
  • Run all necessary night audit reports \n
  • Courteously answers inquiries and accepts reservations, in person, through email and telephone calls, and helps guests with directions and area activities \n
  • Maintains a friendly, cheerful, and courteous demeanor at all times \n
  • Must be flexible in schedule: Positions could be mornings or nights, including Weekends and Holidays \n \n

Job Requirements: \n

\n

  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office \n
  • Able to type 40+ wpm \n
  • Able to learn new web applications \n
  • Be outgoing and friendly \n
  • Prior customer service experience is preferred \n
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time \n
  • Able to live up to 20 lbs \n
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays \n \n
