This role is restricted to U.S. citizenship. FTT will require proof of status prior to employment.

Housekeeping Position: Full Time, Monday-Friday

Job Responsibilities:

• Clean and disinfect restrooms, including mirrors, sinks, toilets, and mopping floors etc.
• Routine cleaning tasks include dusting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming of hallways, kitchens, and other common areas.
• Maintain and sanitize kitchen areas, coffee pots, refrigerators, microwaves, etc.
• Daily emptying of wastebaskets.
• Daily sanitizing of all common area surfaces with an electrostatic sprayer.
• Restock common area and restroom supplies. Report low inventory to manager as needed.
• Remove and wash any items used in meetings (coffee pots, cups, utensils, etc.).
• Clean windows and front doors in lobby.
• Clear cobwebs around loading dock and in office areas.
• Water plants as needed.
• May be required to undergo specialized training.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.
• Minimum 3+ years' experience. Commercial cleaning is preferred.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards and ability to handle cleaning chemicals and equipment safely.
• Proactivity and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent time management skills with ability to multitask and maintain schedule while responding to incidents.

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent

Work Environment/Physical Requirements:

• Office/Lab/Warehouse environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs. may be required.
• Ability to bend, reach, grasp, sit, stand, and walk for long periods of time.
• Ability to perform repetitive motion using common tools/equipment of the trade.
