TITLE
Bartender - Pool
DESCRIPTION
It is the primary responsibility of the Pool Bartender to provide exceptional service to guests in the pool area and to prepare drinks both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, deliver truly great service and create a warm and friendly atmosphere for our guests.
The Bartender is required to have the skills to prepare and create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customer's needs and expectations while following precise instruction for house drink recipes, communication skills (both written and verbal) and the ability to multi task in a face paced environment. Must have a professional appearance and be a team player.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or GED equivalent. Must have a Valid Driver License and be 21 years of age or older.
The ideal candidate for this position will possess excellent customer service skills and a passion for customer care.
Three years experience in bartending in an upscale high volume environment preferred.
