DESCRIPTION

It is the primary responsibility of the Host/Hostess to serve as personal ambassador for Island View Casino and The Buffet.

A host or hostess in The BUFFET is primarily responsible for creating a welcoming and positive first impression for guests. This involves greeting customers, managing reservations and seating arrangements, and ensuring a smooth dining experience from arrival to departure.

The ideal candidate for this position will possess excellent customer service skills and a passion for customer care. Must have a professional appearance and be a team player.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or GED equivalent required.

Coordinates seating to ensure guest are seated as soon as possible.
