About the Role: As the first point of contact for visitors, residents, and staff, the Receptionist plays a key role in creating a warm and organized front office environment. You'll help ensure smooth communication within the facility and contribute to a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors. What You'll Do: Greet and assist visitors, residents, staff, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner Answer, screen, and direct phone calls promptly and accurately Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries Maintain visitor logs and enforce check-in procedures Provide administrative support to various departments as needed Keep the reception area tidy and organized What We're Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent Prior receptionist or front desk experience preferred (healthcare setting a plus) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and demeanor Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, etc.) Dependable, organized, and able to multitask Compensation: Starting pay: $18-$19/hr, based on experience Flexible scheduling - part-time and full-time opportunities available A supportive team environment and opportunities to grow Be the friendly face that helps create a welcoming environment for our residents and their families.
