THE JOB: We are currently seeking talented individuals to join our team as a Lounge Server at Aria! As an Aria Lounge Server, the key responsibility entails efficiently fulfilling guests' drink orders and delivering beverage and bus services. This role encompasses working across multiple locations within the property and executing all assigned duties in each location. THE STARTING RATE: $14.1045 plus tips THE DAY-TO-DAY: Perform opening side duties including folding/stacking cocktail napkins, stocking swizzle sticks, straws, matches, lining cocktail trays, stocking glassware, and replenishing supply cabinets Ensure cleanliness and condition of assigned station and service areas, addressing any issues promptly Possess comprehensive knowledge of available liquor brands, beers, and non-alcoholic selections offered on the casino floor Familiarity with designated glassware and appropriate garnishes for each drink served Communicate orders accurately to the Bartender through the system and confirm transmission Successfully complete the Restaurant Training Program and associated testing THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: Six (6) months of prior experience serving in an upscale, fine dining and high-volume setting Experience working in a similar resort setting Knowledgeable of menu items, including mixing and serving beverages, standard beverage recipes, preparation methods, glassware, garnishes, products, menu items, supplies and equipment Knowledgeable of table side sequence of service, wine, and liquor Knowledgeable of characteristics and descriptions of wine and champagne Ability to seamlessly manage guest interactions Demonstrated passion for hospitality and ability to adapt to a dynamic environment Comfortable working in various locations on property as needed Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays THE PERKS & BENEFITS: Wellness incentive programs to help you stay healthy physically and mentally Access to company hotel, food and beverage, retail, and entertainment discounts as well as discounts with company partners on things like travel, electronics, online shopping, and more Free meals in our employee dining room Free parking on and off shift Health & Income Protection benefits (for eligible employees) Professional and personal development through programs and networking opportunities as well as volunteer opportunities in the community FULL JOB DESCRIPTION: Are you ready to JOIN THE SHOW?
