Experienced Part-time Housekeeper Needed in Longboat Key, FL - Competitive pay and benefits! Location: Longboat Key, FL Schedule: 20 hours per week - Exact schedule can be somewhat flexible, depending on the candidate's preference Duties: Thorough and detailed cleaning of two vacation residences, organizing the homes and maintaining systems, wardrobe management for Principal, laundry, ironing, preparing home for owner's and guests' arrival, changing linens, running errands, restocking household supplies when needed, preparing home for special events, and assisting with decorating the residence for special occasions and /or holiday related tasks. Requirements: 3+ years of professional Housekeeping experience and a clean criminal record. The ideal candidate will be proactive, professional and have a great eye for detail and excellent communication in English! Pets: None Driving/Parking: No driving required. Travel: None Compensation: $35-45 per hour, taxes withheld, guaranteed hours, paid time off, paid holidays, and 401K Start Date: ASAP
