Location: Dallas, TX 75201 Pay Rate: $20/hour Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch) Dress Code: Professional business casual Parking: Provided We are seeking a polished, customer-focused professional to provide front-desk reception and hospitality services at a prestigious law firm in Dallas. This role is ideal for someone with a background in hoteling, hospitality, or office operationsnot in the legal field. As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional experience, while also supporting office services and facilities operations. Key Responsibilities: -Greet visitors, validate against guest list, issue badges, and assist with parking validation -Manage conference room scheduling and preparation, including supplies and catering set-up -Order and coordinate pre-packed meals and beverages for meetings -Maintain kitchen and common areas - keep stocked, clean, and organized -Answer and transfer calls in a professional manner -Support office services tasks such as mail handling, shipping/receiving, copying, scanning, and ordering supplies -Provide concierge-level service to internal teams and external guests -Collaborate closely with onsite and operations teams to fulfill day-to-day requests -Respond to facilities and office service needs as a first responder -Assist with company functions, events, and executive-level support as needed Qualifications: -High school diploma or equivalent -Minimum 1 year of experience in a front-desk, hospitality, or business office support role -Excellent verbal and written communication skills -Strong customer service mindset with a professional demeanor -Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently -Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel) -Previous experience in hoteling, restaurant, or office operations strongly preferred -Must be comfortable with light physical activity, including walking, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs Equal Opportunity Employer / Disabled / Protected Veterans The Know Your Rights poster is available here: The pay transparency policy is available here: For temporary assignments lasting 13 weeks or longer, AppleOne is pleased to offer major medical, dental, vision, 401k and any statutory sick pay where required.
