RTLE Winter Services,** LLC is seeking to fill eight (8) temporary, full-time seasonal Groundskeeper positions for October 1, 2025 to April 30, 2026. Worksite address: 3400 N Lapeer Rd, STE B, Oxford, MI 48371 and client properties in Oakland, Genesee, and Macomb counties.
**Job Duties:** Shovel snow, grounds maintenance, such as litter cleanup and winterization of irrigation systems, and other duties as assigned related to facilities and roads maintenance, such as clearing roads and facilities of leaves, snow, or debris using hand tools or power equipment, including but not limited to rakes, shovels, and snow/leaf blowers. Workers will not drive plow trucks. Workers will use hand tools, such as shovels and snow brooms, as well as powered hand held equipment such as walk behind electric or gas snow blowers. Potential for fall and spring clean-up, including raking, mulching, and composting of leaves, removal of dead plant material, perennial plant cutbacks, perennial planting, landscape bed mulching, and pruning from the ground. Deicing and removal of snow from walks, driveways and parking lots for various residential and commercial properties, using hand tools such as snow brooms, shovels, and spreading de- icing solutions, including calcium chloride or rock salt by hand. May also use walk behind electric or gas snow blowers, as needed. May drive crew vehicle. No driver's license is required as a condition of employment for the position. If the prospective worker already possesses a standard, noncommercial driver's license they may be asked to drive a vehicle to job sites, as needed.

**Special Requirements:** Must be 18 years or older. Must lift/carry 50 lbs., when necessary. Saturday and Sunday work required, when necessary. Must be able to perform physical labor outdoors for at least 8 hours per day in all weather conditions, including cold, heat, and rain.
**Terms and conditions of employment:** $18.99 - $25.00/hour, 35 hours/week, Overtime available at $28.49 - $37.50 per hour. Mon-Fri, 7:00AM-5:00PM. Raises and/or bonuses may be offered based on individual factors including work performance, skill, and tenure. Employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due. Employees will be paid bi-weekly on Friday. On the job training available. Workers will be provided, without charge or deposit charge, all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the duties assigned. Workers will begin each day at the worksite address. They will then be transported, free of charge, to properties located throughout the area of intended employment to provide services. If needed, ER will assist in arranging optional EE-paid lodging for hired foreign and non-local U.S. EEs. ER will deduct for the reasonable fair market value cost of rent and utilities based on number of occupants for EE who voluntarily elect to live in ER-offered housing, up to $120.00/week. ER provides first set of uniforms at no cost to EE. Additional uniforms are available for purchase by the EE. Such purchases are optional and for the EE's benefit.
