Building Maintenance Custodian Job Description This role involves supporting the warehouse by taking responsibility for custodial work and light building maintenance. The daily tasks include pulling and cleaning bins, scrubbing floors with a sit-down floor scrubber, sweeping, mopping, and changing light bulbs. Responsibilities Clean bins and wire racking. Take damaged bins and clean them. Sweep and mop the floor. Clean the break room. Operate the floor cleaner, including cleaning out the tank and replacing cleaning solution. Perform light building maintenance tasks, such as replacing lightbulbs. Essential Skills 1+ years of experience operating a floor scrubber. 1+ years of experience in custodial work. Experience or willingness to perform building maintenance work. Additional Skills & Qualifications Pallet jack or forklift experience. Why Work Here?
