Assist in food preparation for Wednesday and Friday Public meals and

Tuesday through Friday Home Delivered Meals. Clean up duties to include

washing dishes and pans, making sure counters are clean and sanitized,

scheduled cleaning of equipment, filling condiments, making coffee and

tea. Responsible for Salad Bar ingredients and upkeep. Baking Rolls,

cakes, desserts assisting the Head Cook with whatever is required.
