Job DetailsSailor is a lauded neighborhood bistro on a corner in Fort Greene helmed by Chef April Bloomfield and Gabriel Stulmans Happy Cooking Hospitality.

Captains at Sailor are the main point of contact with our guests and leaders on the floor. Their goal is to tailor exceptional dining experiences for every table vis-a-vis attentive listening, expert guidance, and thoughtful execution.
