What Youll Be Doing:

As a Banquet Line Cook, youll be at the heart of our kitchen, ensuring that every dish meets our high standards of quality, presentation, and flavor. Your key responsibilities include:

Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, including soups, salads, meats, seafood, vegetables, and baked goods.

Plating meals beautifully according to menu specifications.

Regulating cooking temperatures for ovens, grills, and other equipment.

Seasoning and tasting food to ensure its cooked to perfection.

Butchering meats and seafood with precision and care.

Prepping fresh ingredients by washing, peeling, chopping, and portioning.

Maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen by following proper food safety procedures.

Ensuring all banquet orders are prepared efficiently and delivered within service standards.

Setting up and restocking buffets and banquet stations to provide an exceptional dining experience.

Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.

Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
