The Front Desk Manager is responsible for the front desk associates and the breakfast attendants. Some responsibilities include but are not limited to, checking people in and out, training front desk, ensure the meeting room is set for the groups visiting the property, covering the shifts when employees call out. This person needs to be able to follow direction well, as well as, providing an exceptional stay for the guests.
