St. Cloud Rooftop at The Knickerbocker Hotel is hosting an open call for experienced and enthusiastic Cocktail Servers and Hosts to join our rooftop team in the heart of Times Square.

We are seeking individuals with a professional appearance, strong communication skills, and a passion for hospitality.

Cocktail Server Requirements:

* Experience in upscale or high-volume bar environments
* Strong knowledge of cocktails and table service
* Ability to multitask and provide exceptional guest experiences

Host Requirements:

* Experience with guest reception and reservation platforms (OpenTable a plus)
* Friendly, organized, and detail-oriented
* Strong communication and customer service skills
