The opportunity**

Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring a full-time or part-time Groundskeeper to join our team at Cedar Grove in Kings Canyon National Park, California. As a Groundskeeper, you will be responsible for ensuring the appearance and cleanliness of the grounds adhere to company standards.

$17.50 - $17.50 / hour

**What will you do?**

+ Mow the lawn using a hand, power, or riding mower and edge around walks, flower beds, and walls

+ Landscape by planting and watering flowers, grass, shrubs, and bushes

+ Sweep the walkway of debris and install lawn furniture

+ Rake, mulch, and prune the grounds as needed

+ Trim shrubs and pull weeds

+ Operate company vehicles for transportation across the property as needed

**More about you**

+ Minimum of 1 year of previous experience in general maintenance or repair for a commercial facility required

+ A valid driver's license

**Physical requirements**

+ Manual dexterity sufficient to use hand tools and paint

+ Ability to use ladders and perform various types of manual labor

+ Ability to lift to 85 pounds occasionally

+ Exposed to outdoor weather conditions in all seasons
