Led by our Executive Chef, our scratch-made kitchen is dedicated to delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our guests. Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Line Cook to join our culinary team. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in the preparation and execution of our high-quality dishes. Your dedication to your craft, teamwork, and passion for food will be essential in maintaining the standards we are known for.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook dishes according to our recipes and presentation standards.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service during peak hours.
- Handle and maintain kitchen equipment, ensuring cleanliness and functionality.
- Uphold our commitment to using locally sourced ingredients and seasonal inspirations.
- Contribute to the development of new dishes and menu items under the guidance of our Executive Chef.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar high-end, scratch-made kitchens.
- Strong culinary skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques.
- Ability to work well in a team and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
- A genuine passion for food and a desire to create exceptional dining experiences.
- Attention to detail and dedication to maintaining food quality and presentation.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines.
