Janitor

Final Mile Cold Storage is seeking a regular part-time Janitor to perform cleaning, maintenance and related duties for the building. Shift would be afternoon/night and can be discussed during interview.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Cleaning bathrooms and offices
2. Sweeping, moping, emptying trash
3. Wiping down windows and doors
4. Refilling bathroom commodities
5. Responsible for all trash disposal
6. Clean the break-room including wiping tables, wiping chairs, mopping floors, wiping down the walls, cleaning microwaves and emptying trash containers
7. Maintain equipment (vaccum, cart, spray bottles, mops, brooms)
8. Clean toilets, urinals, sinks, mirrors & counters
9. Keep bathrooms and drinking fountains sanitary
10. Conduct inventory of supplies and equipment
11. Minimal maintenace of the outside grounds (emptying trash, emptying cigarette trays, possibly sweeping driveway)

Saturdays would be dedicated to cleaning the inside of the trucks out. Please be available to work Saturday shift.

Qualifications:
1. Must be able to communicate and understand English
2. Able to work in hot and cold temperatures
3. Experience in janitorial work is preferred
4. Climbing, standing, stooping, bending and able to lift 50lbs
5. MUST be able to follow instructions
6. Must have ability to work effectively under pressure and maintain stamina to perform assigned duties
