Position Requirements
Minimum 2 years of full-service restaurant management experience (fine dining experience strongly preferred)
Solid knowledge of front and back-of-house operations
Strong leadership, multitasking, and adaptability skills
Proficiency in managing budgets, financials, and scheduling
Commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
Availability to work afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Expectation of a 50+ hour work week
Only candidates with qualifying experience will be considered.
