THE JOB:

As a Banquet Apprentice Bartender, youll support bartenders by keeping bars stocked, clean, and ready for service across the convention space. With a focus on setup, efficiency, and guest interaction, youll help deliver smooth, memorable event experiences.

THE STARTING RATE: $15.5487 plus tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Assist the bartender with drink preparations, garnishes, and mixes

• Keep the bar clean, organized, and fully stocked

• Set up and deliver beverages, supplies, and glassware

• Polish glassware and ensure equipment is clean and working

• Provide friendly, attentive service and respond to guest needs

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• One year experience in a high-volume environment as a bar porter, apprentice bartender or bartender

• In-depth knowledge of various liquors, spirits, wines, and cocktails, with the ability to recommend and serve beverages that enhance the guest experience

• Strong customer service background, with the ability to create personalized experiences and address guest needs promptly and professionally

• Must be 21 years of age
