CRUNCH PORTER JOB SUMMARY

Were searching for a hard-working, high-energy individual to join our team. Youll help drive member satisfaction through top-notch cleanliness and organization, keeping our space polished, safe, and welcoming.

POSITION DETAILS

• Job Type: Full-time
• Pay: $20/hour

WHAT YOULL DO

• Clean and dust: mirrors, counters, windows, exercise equipment
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and scrub all floors (locker rooms, cardio, stairs, etc.)
• Clean and sanitize fitness equipment
• Restock supplies and empty trash/recycling
• Focus on locker rooms and high-traffic areas (hello HIIT Zone)
• Handle special cleaning projects and daily/weekly tasks
• Assist with minor equipment repairs and maintenance support
• Follow all safety protocols when using supplies/equipment
• Report facility maintenance needs and member complaints

WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

Youll report to the General Manager and collaborate with the Facilities Team , club staff, and our amazing members.

WHAT YOU BRING

Skills & Traits:

• Knowledge of standard cleaning procedures
• Clear communication and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to work independently
• Laser-sharp attention to detail
• Strong time management
• Team player with great interpersonal skills

Education & Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 6 months of janitorial experience

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Stand, walk, kneel, climb, lift (up to 25 lbs regularly, up to 45 lbs occasionally)
• Use full range of motion for effective cleaning
• Comfortable working around moving equipment and in loud environments
• Handle chemical supplies and cleaning tools safely
