We are seeking a skilled and versatile Sous Chef to join our team at Pie Room by Curtis Stone. This role focuses on the management of the team at the Pie Room, as well as, preparing high-quality braises, stocks, jams, and relishes. The role will also include assisting with production tasks in the bakery. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating flavorful foundations and accompaniments and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Working Conditions:
Flexible schedule, including potential early mornings or weekends, depending on production needs.

- Supervise the production of food at all stations, assisting the cooks when needed
- Maintain a smooth and efficient service
- Order and Inspect for quality all food items necessary for the production of the finished menu items
- Maintain kitchen equipment following food & safety/restaurant standards of cleanliness and organization
- Track food costs as requesteed

Compensation: Salary ($70,000.00 - $75,000.00)
