Youll bring energy and precision to every plate, maintain a clean and organized station, and ensure every dish meets our high standards for taste, presentation, and safety.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Breakfast Preparation & Cooking**

+ Prepare and cook classic breakfast favorites, including eggs, pancakes, bacon, sausage, hash browns, and more.

+ Operate grills, griddles, and kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, ensuring each order is cooked to perfection.

+ Monitor cooking times and temperatures for consistent, high-quality results.

+ Follow recipes and portion guidelines to maintain quality and minimize waste.

+ Keep your station clean, organized, and stocked with fresh ingredients and necessary tools.

**Teamwork & Collaboration**

+ Work closely with fellow kitchen staff to prepare orders quickly and efficiently, especially during busy morning rushes.

+ Communicate clearly with the team to ensure timely and accurate order preparation.

+ Help train and support new kitchen team members on grill techniques and food safety standards.

**Food Safety & Sanitation**

+ Strictly follow food safety and sanitation guidelines, including safe food handling and proper storage.

+ Maintain a spotless grill station by regularly cleaning and sanitizing surfaces, equipment, and tools.

+ Adhere to all local health department regulations and company safety protocols.

**Customer Service Excellence**

+ Prepare food to customer specifications, ensuring every dish meets expectations for taste, quality, and presentation.

+ Address and resolve any customer concerns related to food preparation or quality promptly and professionally.

+ Work efficiently to keep up with high volume and deliver prompt, friendly service.

**Inventory & Supply Management**

+ Help manage inventory levels for breakfast ingredients and communicate supply needs to the Food Service Manager.

+ Support efforts to reduce food waste through proper portion control and ingredient usage.

**Health & Safety Compliance**

+ Prioritize safety by properly handling hot equipment and preventing accidents.

+ Maintain accurate logs for temperature checks and food safety practices as required.

**Operational Efficiency**

+ Prepare and serve food orders quickly and accurately to keep service running smoothly.

+ Organize and maintain your station to minimize downtime and streamline operations.

**Physical Requirements**

+ Ability to stand for long periods and work in a busy kitchen environment.

+ Frequent bending, reaching, and lifting (up to 50 lbs occasionally).

+ Comfortable working with hot equipment and in warm kitchen conditions during peak hours.

**Pay Details:** $21.00 per hour
