As a Cocktail/Beverage Server at LobbiBar, you will play a vital role in delivering a welcoming and elevated guest experience. You will be responsible for taking and serving beverage orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring all guests receive timely, friendly, and attentive service. Your knowledge of our cocktail and beverage offerings, combined with your personal style and engaging communication, will help set the tone for a memorable visit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and build rapport through genuine, casual conversation.

  • Guide guests through our cocktail and beverage selections with confident knowledge and thoughtful recommendations.

  • Accurately take beverage orders and enter them into the POS system; ensure timely delivery of all drinks.

  • Present beverages in an appealing, professional manner, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.

  • Monitor guest satisfaction and anticipate needs throughout their visit.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting bar lounge environment.

  • Collaborate with bartenders and fellow team members to ensure seamless service.

  • Uphold all safety and responsible alcohol service protocols.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • TABC and Texas Food Handler Certification required.
  • Previous experience in a high-volume bar or lounge setting preferred.
  • Knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and craft cocktails is a plus.
  • Enthusiasm for hospitality and guest service.
  • Ability to lift moderate weight, up to 35 lbs.
  • Ability to stand and/or walk for long for entirety of shift.
