Thai Cook (Several Positions)

Full Moon Thai Restaurant is a Thai restaurant and bar that offers an

elegant but affordable dining experience of authentic family recipes

that have been handed down for generations. The Full Moon Thai

Restaurant experience begins upon entering the Zen-like dining room. The

tension eases out of your body as you are warmly greeted by the

professional, well-seasoned staff. It is the perfect balance of

tasteful, upscale, white tablecloth dining and a very comfortable,

friendly feeling. In order to maintain our food preparation standards,

we are looking for qualified Thai Cooks to be part of our committed

team. Specifically, our Thai Cooks will perform the following duties: 1.

Cook and prepare authentic Thai dishes; 2. Prepare specialty sauces for

stir fry dishes; 3. Assist supervisory staff in planning menus, taking

into consideration factors such as costs and special event needs; 4.

Substitute for or assist other cooks during emergencies or rush periods;

and 5. Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, health, and

safety. SALARY: \$42,661/year REQUIREMENTS: 12 months in any occupation

demonstrating Thai cooking experience (1 year of experience in Thai
