**Pay Rate: $12.00 Hourly | Weekly Earned Wage Access is available for this position.**
**Job Purpose or Objective(s):** The Chili's Host provides a warm, welcoming greeting to our guests. You will responsible for providing a great guest dining experience. The Chili's Host will also ensure guests are seated promptly and provide a sincere and heartfelt thank you to each guest as they leave. You will report to the General Manager or Shift Lead.
**Primary Tasks:**
+ You will maintain a cheerful disposition and a neat, clean, and professional image.
+ Need proficient knowledge of the menu to explain our offerings to the Guests, inform them of current food promotions and specials, and answer my questions.
+ Greet guests and open the door for each Guest upon entering and departing.
+ Assess the guest demeanor and identify when behavior are called to the attention of a Manager.
+ Follow alcohol awareness procedures for identifying age, preventing intoxication, and dealing with intoxicated Guests.
+ You will bid farewell to guests leaving. Ensure everything was satisfactory and invite guests to return.
+ Keep foyer, host area, and cocktail tables clean and free of clutter.
+ Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Hotel station and ensure all menus are stocked and cleaned.
+ Restock necessary supplies and bring all areas up to standard.
+ Inspect restrooms periodically and maintain cleanliness standards.
+ Perform shift change and opening or closing responsibilities.
+ Follow all company safety and sanitation procedures.
+ You will assist other Team Members when needs dictate.
+ Perform other responsibilities as may be assigned
**Requirements:**
+ Required to stand/walk 100% of shift
+ Reaches, bends, stoops, and wipes frequently
+ Plate food, and clear tables which may require lifting as much as 30lbs
+ Verbalize and respond to Guests
+ Must be willing to work weekends and holidays
+ Prior customer service experience
