**SUMMARY:**

The

Bus Person

is responsible for providing guests with effective, efficient, friendly service to ensure their return visit.

**MINIMUM/PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:**

- A minimum of six months bussing experience is preferred.

- Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift.

- Must be able to initiate and engage in conversation in a professional and friendly manner.

- Must possess excellent customer relations and communication skills.

- Must be 16 years of age.

- Must be able to repeatedly lift 40 lbs. to chest.

- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.

- Must be able to speak and understand English.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:**

- Sincerely greet each Guest at his/her table.

- makes eye contact with each table.

- Knows the script and hours/days of operation.

- Completes pre, running, and post shift side work requirements.

- Able to communicate clearly with the guests.

- Provides initial and ongoing beverage service for the guest.

- Continuously maintains a neat, clean, organized, safe, and comfortable environment for our Guests and employees.

- Responsible for maintaining required levels of supplies in the dining room.

- Responsible for clearing, cleaning, and resetting of tables.

- Genuinely thanks the Guest.

- Adheres to appearance and uniform standards.
