Exterior Building Porter**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a dedicated Porter to maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of our shopping center. The Porter will be responsible for removing tenant trash from service corridors, operating trash compactors, and ensuring the common areas are tidy and presentable. This role requires occasional pressure washing and collaboration with other departments, such as Marketing, during events.
**Responsibilities**
+ Daily removal of tenant trash located in service corridors and trash cans throughout common areas.
+ Operate trash compactors, vehicles, and equipment for trash disposal.
+ Occasionally operate pressure washer to maintain center cleanliness.
+ Remove and compact trash in compactor areas, performing additional clean-up as needed.
+ Assist other departments, including Marketing, in cleaning and patrolling during events.
+ Establish procedures to ensure scheduled cleaning of various facility areas.
+ Maintain professional and cooperative relationships with management and co-workers.
+ Perform job duties in accordance with applicable standards, policies, and regulatory guidelines to promote safety.
+ Ensure inventory systems, records, files, material safety data sheets, cleaning supplies, equipment, and tools are maintained.
+ Report damaged or missing property, missing trash containers, and other issues to supervisor.
+ Perform additional duties as assigned.
