We are currently looking for motivated hard-working candidates to fill open Cook positions.
As a Line Cook your specific duties in this role will include:
Performs cooking and preparation of all menu items in accordance to standards set by management.
Performs cooking and preparing all Grab and Go food items in accordance standards set by management.
Stocks, maintains, and rotates sufficient levels of food on the line, cooler, and freezer.
Performs food preparation and portioning prior, during, and after service.
Maintains a clean and sanitary work environment.
Operates the industrial dishwasher.
Washes glassware and other implements by hand when necessary.
Empties and cleans all trash receptacles.

Qualifications include:
Minimum of 18 years of age
Willingness and ability to learn
Strong team-working skills
Willingness to adhere to the dress code and to maintain a high level of personal hygiene
Willing to obtain food handlers permit per state requirements; paid for by Sapp Bros.
