General Maintenance Mechanic - FT/Evening

The General Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for maintaining, inspecting and performing preventative maintenance and minor repairs to domestic water distribution systems, medical gas systems, fire extinguishing systems, HVAC systems and associated mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic equipment of the facilities physical plant. This position requires the individual to perform repair and maintenance functions in patient rooms, offices, and other assigned areas of the hospital, as well as floating to support off site Hospital owned properties.

Qualifications:

Minimum requirements:

2+ years of training and/or experience in general maintenance activities. Bilingual English and Spanish is preferred. Hospital experience is preferred.

A valid California driver's license and proof of vehicle insurance (California minimum) is preferred .
